Marc Madison is the owner of Madison Appraisal Services, Inc. and a California State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 17 years experience in real estate appraisal. His background includes appraisal of all types of residential and commercial properties in all Southern California real estate markets. Marc has obtained a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from Long Beach State University and a CREA designation from the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
Danielle Perszyk is the business manager at Madison Appraisal Services and has been working with Marc since 2001. She obtained a B.S. in business management from California State University San Marcos. Danielle's main focus for the company is to provide outstanding customer service to set Madison Appraisal Services apart from the crowd.
